um...

It kinda reminds me of like a last ditch effort to save humanity gone wrong, and the the sole survivor just sitting there thinking, CRAP. Not that anyone writes stories like that anymore. Anyway, Quite a brilliant piece of work,up there with the best.

I personally like stories like that myself. I think stories where everyone is happy in the end just gets kind of old after awhile. That is one of the reasons I enjoy animes like Death Note. Where you just never know who is going to die. If everyone lived in that series, it would have been boring. Or like in Cowboy Bebop. Spike dies in the end. I htink that made for an awesome ending. Of course if it were real life, that'd be a completely different story, lol.
Anywho... glad you liked the song!

yeah...

You are right in that the intro IS pretty slow, but it gets much more interesting after that. Good, but slightly repetitive with a so so intro.
Solid 8/10.

well...

If you wan't my honest opinion, the beggining sounds more like clubbed to death than anything halo, but once the guitar starts it's much more like HALO. And the score improves greatly for the sole reason of the Delta halo theme being in there. Good show sir!
